  • 8 pieces chicken nuggets
  • salt as required
  • 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 bunch baby lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • black pepper as required
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

For Garnishing

  • 1 egg

How to make Chicken Salad

  • Step 1
  • To start with, chop lettuce and mint leaves on a chopping board. Boil the egg in a pan and keep it aside to cool. When cooled, Slice eggs into thin round slices. This will be used later for garnishing.

  • Step 2
  • Then boil chicken nuggets in a deep bottomed pan with a little water to make it tender. After the nuggets boil, drain the water.

  • Step 3
  • Now, add the nuggets to a bowl along with chopped lettuce, mint leaves, vinegar, pepper, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well and serve by garnishing with egg rings
