Paneer Wrap Recipe

A North Indian delicacy, Paneer Wrap is a perfect healthy tiffin recipe, which you can easily prepare for your fussy kids. This high protein recipe is prepared by stuffing a chapati with grated paneer, french beans, carrots and paprika. Make these wraps fresh, and we bet your kids will love this delectable surprise.

Ingredients of Paneer Wrap

  • 100 gm grated paneer
  • 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil

For Filling

  • 100 gm boiled bean green
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 100 gm boiled carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For Dough

  • 100 gm Wheat flour

How to make Paneer Wrap

  • Step 1
  • Here’s how you can prepare this delicious dish without putting in much efforts. If you already have wheat flour dough ready, then your preparation time will reduce. If not, then make a dough of the wheat flour and make four rotis/chapatis.

  • Step 2
  • For the filling, in a bowl mix grated paneer, boiled green beans, carrots, chopped coriander, chopped onion, cumin seeds, lemon juice and paprika together.

  • Step 3
  • On a medium flame, take a sauce pan and heat a little oil and saute the mixture in it. When done, place it on the freshly prepared roti and wrap it carefully, so that the stuffing doesn’t come out.

  • Step 4
  • Serve the freshly prepared paneer wrap with green chutney or salsa.
